Arrange the fields from your mailing list on the blank mailing label by making selections from the dropdown menus located under "Recipient Lines" and "Address Lines". The mailing label will populate with data from your list after you make selections to show how you have arranged your recipient address block. The fields in your mailing list may differ from the fields used in this example.
Click "Add line" located to the right of the Recipient Lines if you need an additional recipient line.
Click "Add line" located next to the Address field if you need an additional address line.
If you have international addresses on your list, check the box that says "Please check this box to indicate that you have international addresses". This will add an additional line for the Country field for your list.
After arranging your mail recipient address block, click "Save and Close".
